WESO PROGRAM : Persevere Under Pressure – Managing the Stress of Entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurship is challenging, and sometimes we make it harder than it has to be. Do you wonder if anyone else is struggling under the stress of being an entrepreneur? You are not alone.

When women joined the workforce, the tasks of managing a home and children were not well redistributed, and women today still struggle tremendously with balancing it all. Due to the excruciating mental load women carry, we often escape into time-wasting habits, neglect taking care of ourselves, and settle for less than we deserve.

Today’s women have more opportunities and support than ever and women’s achievements are growing each day. We owe it to future generations to leave self-limiting thoughts and beliefs behind as we step into power and use our gifts and talents to their fullest potential.

Join us for this month’s program and learn:

  • Which of your struggles are self-imposed and optional.
  • Which habits are holding you back, and what you can do instead.

Mary Fitzsimmons, WESO’s Outreach Director, owns Go Rogue Business Consulting. She is a business coach who works with leaders, entrepreneurs, and business owners, helping them reach their goals. Her Elite Business Mastermind and workshops have helped people take their businesses to the next level.

Mary also owns Rogue Valley Tutoring Center, which provides individualized tutoring for students of all ages, as well as homeschool support, educational consulting, and a preschool program. RVTC has locations in Medford and Grants Pass and also serves students online.
