I’m Mary Fitzsimmons, the coach and consultant behind Go Rogue Business Consulting. I have the privilege of working 1:1 and in small groups with leaders, entrepreneurs, and business owners, helping them reach their goals.


I do this work because I know that inspired and empowered entrepreneurs have a great impact on their businesses, communities, and the world. As the daughter of small business owners, I enthusiastically jumped into owning my own business 14 years ago and never looked back!

I’ve been privileged to serve as President of the Women Entrepreneurs of Southern Oregon for 6 years. I love helping my clients become the bosses of their business by taking back control of their time and schedule, gaining clarity on goals that turn dreams into reality, and putting in the work that makes a real difference.
